We know you’re excited to get your party supplies, so we work quickly to get your order out the door!
- Order Processing: Your order will be carefully packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after it ships.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Your order will arrive within 15-25 business days after it ships.
Please Note: We ship globally but are unable to deliver to Asia and a few select remote areas.

Your happiness is our top priority! If your purchase wasn’t absolutely perfect, our friendly return policy is here to save the day.
- Timeframe: We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Just follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our fabulous customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the item.
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Package & Ship: Securely package the unused, undamaged item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship it to the address we provide.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.
💡 Celebration Tip!
Found damage? Don’t fret! Contact us immediately at [email protected]. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll happily send a replacement at no cost (subject to availability).
Getting Your Refund
- Refund Timeframe: Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method you used.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): The refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account immediately upon approval.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Personalized or Custom Items: This includes any custom printed Cards or party supplies that have been specifically personalized for your event (like certain Wedding, Anniversary, Baby Shower, or Character Party Supplies).
- Opened Seasonal or Perishable Decorations: Certain seasonal Decorations that could be affected by handling.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
A Note for Our International Friends
Since we ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas), return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
