Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the unused, undamaged item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to the address we provide.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeframe: Once we receive and process your return, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account immediately upon approval.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalized or Custom Items: This includes custom printed Cards or any party supplies that have been specifically personalized for your event.
  • Opened Seasonal or Perishable Decorations: Certain seasonal Decorations that could be affected by handling.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

💡 Celebration Tip: Found damage? Contact us immediately at [email protected]! If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll happily send a replacement at no cost (subject to availability).

International Returns

Since we ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas), please note that return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
